Luxury Black and White Photo Booth Calgary

2018 was an incredible year for Our Lavish Guests.

Early in the year we launched Calgary’s only luxury black and white photo booth and we just knew deep down that it was going to be well received. We just never knew how incredibly popular this service as going to be. Since photographing luxury portraits at our first wedding in August, we have received incredible feedback from our couples and their wedding guests. Everyone from the twenty something wedding party member to the couple in their seventies loves this product and it warms our hearts tremendously.

In December we photographed our first corporate holiday party and we can’t describe how amazing it was to see how much the couples at that party loved their portraits. Although we designed our luxury black and white photo booth mainly for weddings, it has been amazing to see the service translate into the corporate event sphere. When we think about it though, Calgary’s newest photo booth offering is the perfect addition to any black tie affair and corporate holiday parties are no exception.

We created Our Lavish Guests with the goal of providing a black and white photo booth like service that provides beautiful portraits of couples. What we didn’t expect was that it would be a fantastic opportunity to create portraits of groups of friends as well. At weddings we see bridesmaids and wedding guests jumping into the black and white photo booth, but at this event we saw groups of colleagues to the same.

The other thing we loved about this corporate holiday party photo booth, is that a few of the employees at the company had celebrated a milestone birthday in 2018. The company used this as an opportunity to surprise those employees with balloons highlighting their milestone year. This was such a great portrait op for everyone involved and the people celebrating were thrilled.

We think a luxury black and white photo booth is the next big thing in weddings and events in Calgary. As Calgary wedding photographers, we designed this service to be of value to not only guests, but for brides and grooms themselves. A beautiful black and white portrait is an amazing opportunity to capture beautiful photographs of all the people you love. It just happens to also be a great gift for guests to take home from your wedding. Bonus! We didn’t realize how transferrable this service was going to be when we created it, but seeing how much the service is loved by people of all age groups really warms our hearts.
